The Spiritual Politics Lab
The Spiritual Politics Lab is the research and innovation branch of the School of Conscious Politics. It was legally established in Den Haag, the Netherlands, on October 5, 2021 — an international city of peace and justice. We honor this territory as a Global Heart of Diplomacy for Peace and Justice.
Through the academic seminar Soul of Politics, we organize university festivals that continually refine our flagship educational product: the Higher Conscious Politics (HCP) Curriculum.
From the SP Lab, we co-develop processes, partnerships and co-creation spaces to advance the theoretical field of Conscious and Spiritual Politics through innovative research rooted in real-world practice and lived experience.

How the School Works
At its heart, the School’s work is one constant improvement cycle rather than two separate programs. Growing a Conscious Politics learning community and developing a Higher Conscious Politics (HCP) Curriculum are not two movements running side by side. They are inseparable, and the School of Conscious Politics was established to address urgent collective challenges through both.

How
Our community of practice nourishes our research agenda, and our curricular applications support the flourishing of our community members. We gather to co-create, develop, and test. We grow our community through research applications and advance our research through community development.
What
Through different HCP curricular applications and community development events: SP coachings, SP trainings, SP consultings, and SP events — alongside the Soul of Politics academic seminar, political healing circles, and chapters of the School, per culture and nation.
Five Levels of Learning Community Development
- Spiritual — prayers, blessings, love, protection, wisdom.
- Intellectual — ideas, questions, knowledge, references.
- Social — connections, networks, partnerships, allies, presence.
- Financial — investments, hirings, donations, commercial transactions and transformations, subsidies, funds, crowdfunding.
- Selfless service — volunteer sacred activism, projects, and collaborations.

Our flagship educational product places the development of consciousness at the center of political formation. It is distinguished by its focus on cultivating unity-consciousness and is applied through coaching, workshops, consulting, and annual events such as the International Day of Conscious Politics.

- Coaching — personalized spaces for political leadership, presence, discernment and practice.
- Consulting — accompanying institutions and organizations in integrating conscious politics into their leadership, culture and strategies.

Co-development and Advancement Through an Educational Factory
Soul of Politics Seminar — University of Amsterdam
The seminar serves as a pedagogical laboratory for exploring the relationship between politics, consciousness, spirituality, leadership and human development. From this foundation, the curriculum is progressively developed, tested and adapted into different educational experiences — including SP Festivals within universities and other learning communities.

Research Projects

- Ancestral Diplomacy Program — Exploring how ancestral wisdom and cultural memory can contribute to diplomacy, reconciliation, and peacebuilding in contemporary societies.
- Master of Public Affairs from a Spiritual Perspective (MPA-S) — A collaborative effort to reimagine public leadership education through the integration of spirituality, ethics, consciousness, and public service.
- Higher Conscious Politics Curriculum Development — Designing educational frameworks and pedagogies for the emerging field of Conscious and Spiritual Politics, building on initiatives such as the Soul of Politics Seminar at the University of Amsterdam.
- Political Bliss and Joy Measurement Project — Developing a research tool to better understand and assess experiences of meaning, fulfillment, coherence, and joy in political participation and public service.
- Wisdom in Business — We accompany and co-create books, research and knowledge initiatives that explore how wisdom can inform business, leadership and organizational life. These collaborations bring together experienced practitioners, researchers and leaders to translate insights and lived experience into practical frameworks for growth and transformation. Our work ranges from co-creating books such as Tu Vida en Disfrute and Centered Growth, to developing initiatives such as Walk Leadership and research on the pillars of trust in the global economy through TIGE — generating models and practices that can contribute to conscious growth, leadership, organizational culture and trust across the corporate and business sectors.
