Description & Objectives

Prophecy & Bridging Continents is a transcontinental initiative exploring how ancestral wisdom, ceremony, collective constellations and spiritual leadership can contribute to a more unified relationship between peoples, continents and the living Earth.

The work is inspired by ancestral traditions and contemporary spiritual leadership around the Condor, Quetzal, Hummingbird and Eagle as symbolic languages of reconnection across the Americas and beyond. Rather than treating prophecy as a fixed prediction, the project approaches it as a living invitation to listen, relate, remember and act.

At the heart of the work is a simple question: What becomes possible when humanity remembers itself as part of a living planetary community?

Vision. To contribute to a culture of planetary unity in which ancestral wisdom, contemporary knowledge and spiritual leadership can meet in service of peace, justice, ecological responsibility and the healing of humanity's relationship with Mother Earth. The project seeks to build bridges across the Americas and Europe; North and South; Indigenous and contemporary forms of knowledge; masculine and feminine dimensions of leadership; spirituality, politics, education, business and social action; and ceremony, reflection and concrete projects. The intention is not to erase difference, but to create conditions in which difference can meet without losing relationship.

Diagnosis / Context

Across many traditions, humanity is understood to be living through a period of profound transition. Ecological crisis, polarization, social fragmentation and declining trust challenge conventional ways of organizing collective life.

Within this context, ancestral prophecies can be approached not simply as stories about the future, but as frameworks for ethical attention in the present. The project emerged from a series of ceremonial encounters and collective constellations beginning in 2021, including the Rainbow Bridging ceremony during World Unity Week and subsequent explorations connected with the Americas, Europe and ancestral wisdom traditions.

A central inspiration has been the possibility of reconnecting continental and cultural energies represented through the Condor, Quetzal, Hummingbird and Eagle, while creating respectful bridges between ancestral knowledge and contemporary forms of leadership and governance.

Theory of Change

Listen → Remember → Relate → Reconcile → Reimagine → Act

The project works from the premise that meaningful collective transformation begins with a different quality of listening. When people create spaces to listen to themselves, to one another, to ancestral memory and to the living world, new relationships become possible. When relationships deepen, collective imagination can expand. When imagination is connected with responsibility, ceremony can become action and spiritual insight can become service.

The desired movement is therefore: inner listening → relational awareness → collective coherence → shared vision → concrete action.

Resources Needed

Human. Elders, Indigenous wisdom keepers and spiritual leaders · constellation facilitators · ceremony holders · artists and translators of the prophecy's symbolic languages · facilitators and process stewards · documentation and learning support.

Methodological. Collective constellation practices · ceremonial and sacred-action formats · intergenerational and intercultural dialogue methodologies · consent, reciprocity and cultural-authority protocols · documentation frameworks that honour oral and ceremonial knowledge.

Relational. Partnerships with The Hague Center for Global Governance, Innovation and Emergence, the Spiritual Politics Lab, Four Worlds International and wider networks of ancestral wisdom, spiritual leadership and conscious social transformation · relationships of trust with Elders and communities.

Financial. Funding to support ceremony and gatherings, travel and hosting of Elders and wisdom keepers, facilitation, interpretation and translation, documentation, communications and the development of prophecy-to-action projects.

Milestones & Evidence

The project has developed through a series of conversations, ceremonial encounters, collective constellations and cross-continental collaborations since 2021.

  • 2021 — Rainbow Bridging ceremony during World Unity Week (June 2021), which established a foundation for subsequent exploration of continental and ancestral connection
  • 2022 — a seasonal rhythm around themes including Being Beloved Community, World Unity, Peace and Enlightening Our Way Together, creating recurring spaces for reflection, ceremony and collective action
  • Conversations with Indigenous and community leaders from the Americas
  • Exploration of artistic expressions of the prophecy
  • Dialogue with spiritual and interfaith actors interested in moving beyond religious and political polarities

These experiences generated an important learning question for the School: How can spiritual insight remain grounded in relationship, accountability and action? The answer continues to emerge through practice rather than through a predetermined model.

2026–2027 current phase. The current phase focuses on consolidating the learning, strengthening the transcontinental network and exploring how prophecy-inspired spiritual practice can contribute to conscious political leadership and planetary relationship. Particular attention is given to strengthening bridges between the Americas and Europe; creating respectful spaces for Elders and wisdom holders; exploring the relationship between ceremony and civic action; connecting ancestral wisdom with contemporary governance questions; documenting stories, practices and learning; developing projects that translate spiritual insight into service; exploring models of planetary and ecological governance; and strengthening relationships among the wider Spiritual Politics ecosystem.

The emphasis is on relationship before representation, listening before interpretation, and action rooted in service.

Team Profile

6.1 Team Profile — Lead Team

The project is held by a wider constellation rather than a single individual.

Anne-Marie Voorhoeve, founder of The Hague Center, has been a key partner in developing the bridge between Europe, the Americas and wider networks of conscious evolution and systemic emergence.

Ejna Fleury contributes to the work through her engagement with spiritual leadership, ancestral wisdom and transcontinental relationship-building.

The project also honours the leadership and teachings of Brother Phil Jr., whose work around the Union of the Condor, Quetzal, Hummingbird and Eagle has been an important inspiration for this field.

Alongside them, Elders, Indigenous wisdom keepers, spiritual leaders, artists, facilitators and changemakers contribute different perspectives and forms of knowing. From the School of Conscious Politics, Rodrigo Martínez Romero contributes particularly through conceptual development, process stewardship, project management, relationship-building and the translation of spiritual inquiry into frameworks for conscious political leadership.

The team understands itself less as an organization "delivering" a prophecy and more as a space of relationship, listening and responsible accompaniment.

6.2 Extended Team & Facilitation Ecosystem

Institutional collaboration. The project has developed in relationship with The Hague Center for Global Governance, Innovation and Emergence, the Spiritual Politics Lab and wider networks of ancestral wisdom, spiritual leadership and conscious social transformation. The work also connects with Four Worlds International and other communities exploring the relationship between ceremonial practice, Indigenous wisdom, governance and planetary transformation. Collaboration is grounded in respect for cultural authority, consent, reciprocity and the principle that no individual or institution speaks on behalf of an entire Indigenous tradition or community.

Contribution to Conscious Politics

Prophecy & Bridging Continents contributes to the School of Conscious Politics by exploring how ancestral wisdom and ceremony can inform political life without being instrumentalized by it.

The project treats prophecy as an invitation to attention rather than prediction, and insists that spiritual insight must remain grounded in relationship, accountability and action. It expands the School's field by asking how humanity might understand itself as part of a living planetary community — and what forms of leadership, governance and relationship that understanding requires.

Its discipline is explicit: relationship before representation, listening before interpretation, action rooted in service, and respect for cultural authority and consent. The invitation is to explore how ancient wisdom and contemporary responsibility might meet — not to predict the future, but to listen for the future that our relationships are already calling us to create.
